It’s our desire to provide an environment that allows youth a place to worship God through music, discipleship, fellowship, community and outreach. In a culture where Church and secular life are separated, we believe all aspects of life should be an act of worship. In 1 Corinthians 10:31 Paul states, “Whether, then, you eat or drink or whatever you do, do all to the glory of God” (Up. NASB). This means that a Christian’s life is not separated into sacred and secular; rather, a Christian’s life is to be an act of worship and it’s upon this truth that we at NorthStar seek to raise up a generation that seeks after the Lord our God.

 

Come join us on Thursday nights at 6:30pm for a great time of worship, studying God’s word, fun activities and great fellowship. Bring your Bible, friends and good eats.

 

We study God’s word in small groups where developing a deep relationship with Jesus Christ our Savior and praying for one another is our focus.

 

Playing is an important part of youth ministry…we believe in having fun through games, team building and retreats/camps.

 

We as Christians are truly a family and we at NorthStar desire to generate within our youth a sense of this reality. With God as our Father, we desire to develop a kinship with and a love for one another that is unwavering in our pursuit of glorifying God and demonstrating His heart to others. “But God demonstrates His own love toward us, in that while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us” (Romans 5:8 Up. NASB).

 

Putting God’s word into practice through community focused activities that are designed to challenge youth and show Christ’s love through service.
